A Comparative Fatigue Strength Test
In a fatigue strength test, Straumann Roxolid implants (Ø 3.3 mm) demonstrated a higher fatigue strength than NobelActive™ implants (Ø 3.5 mm), NobelReplace™ implants (Ø 3.5 mm), and Astra OsseoSpeed® implants (Ø 3.0S, 3.5S).
Results of this study show that Roxolid implants have higher fatigue strength than selected competitor implants. Roxolid can provide more confidence to clinicians when placing small diameter implants.
